Aerobic Step High Knee Shoulder Press
Combining the fat burning and muscle toning moves of steps up and shoulder press this exercise burns calories while toning the abs, glutes and shoulders.
Stand facing the step with your arms raised to shoulder height and hands at ear level.
Step onto the step with your left leg, and lift your right knee up towards your chest while you press both arms over your head.
Lower your right knee and arms at the same time and descend from the step, returning to your starting position.
