Arm Up-and-Over

A great move that will stretch your triceps and shoulders.

  • Step 1

    Arm Up-and-Over - Flexibility Exercise - Step 1

    Stand with your knees slightly bent and your feet shoulder width apart. Exhale and extend one arm upward in a straight line.

  • Step 2

    Arm Up-and-Over - Flexibility Exercise - Step 2

    Bend the elbow of your extended arm 90 degrees and use your other hand to push your elbow down.

  • Step 3

    Arm Up-and-Over - Flexibility Exercise - Step 3

    Keep your elbow directly above your shoulder. Hold for several deep breaths and repeat with your other arm.
