Tone and strengthen your entire backside with this challenging exercise.

  • Step 1

    Back Hyper-Extension - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Raise the top roller pads up to thigh level and stand against the pads, straddling the seat and facing away from the machine.

  • Step 2

    Back Hyper-Extension - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Place your hands behind your head and bend at the waist, leaning over the roller pads, and lower your head toward the floor.

  • Step 3

    Back Hyper-Extension - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Raise your torso back up and repeat for the desired number of reps.
