Bear Crawls

Builds cardiovascular endurance as well as core strength using only your own body weight.

  • Step 1

    Bear Crawls - Cardio Exercise - Step 1

    Begin on the floor in a push up position with your arms shoulder width apart and your wrists directly below your shoulders.

  • Step 2

    Bear Crawls - Cardio Exercise - Step 2

    Keeping your back straight, begin to crawl forward on all fours alternating your body weight from side to side.

  • Step 3

    Bear Crawls - Cardio Exercise - Step 3

    As you move forward, turn your moving foot outward so that your knee points to the wall and your inner thigh faces the floor.
