BOSU Burpees

Similar to a regular Burpee, this advanced cardio exercise is designed to sculpt your body from head to toe. More challenging than a traditional burped.

  • Step 1

    BOSU Burpees - Cardio Exercise - Step 1

    Stand behind the BOSU. Lower into a squat and jump as high as you can, landing with feet together on top of the BOSU.

  • Step 2

    BOSU Burpees - Cardio Exercise - Step 2

    Launch yourself off the BOSU, landing softly in a squat.

  • Step 3

    BOSU Burpees - Cardio Exercise - Step 3

    Place your hands on the BOSU, and extend both legs behind you so you are in push up position. Tuck your legs, then rise to starting position and repeat.
