Bottom Up Squat

An excellent leg exercise that incorporates great core and grip activation.

  • Step 1

    Bottom Up Squat - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Clean one kettlebell into the bottom-up rack position.

  • Step 2

    Bottom Up Squat - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    The handle should be facing downward and the bell should be facing bottom-up as you hold it in the rack position.

  • Step 3

    Bottom Up Squat - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Squat down as far as possible. Push off your heals and return to the starting position for more reps.
