  • Step 1

    Box Jumps - Cardio Exercise - Step 1

    Stand with your feet hip width apart and knees bent, facing the step or box.

  • Step 2

    Box Jumps - Cardio Exercise - Step 2

    In one fluid and powerful motion, swing your arms, tighten your abs and jump onto the box or step, landing both feet at the same time with knees bent.

  • Step 3

    Box Jumps - Cardio Exercise - Step 3

    Hop back off the step or box, landing softly on both feet in your starting position.
