Perfect your squat form with this simple modification that works your glute and forces you to maintain perfect form!

  • Step 1

    Butt Touches - Gentle Exercise - Step 1

    Stand with your back to the chair and your hands on your hips. Slowly lower yourself down and back as if to sit in the chair.

  • Step 2

    Butt Touches - Gentle Exercise - Step 2

    Let your rear lightly touch the seat of the chair, then stand back up.

  • Step 3

    Butt Touches - Gentle Exercise - Step 3

    Keep your eyes forward and your upper body straight throughout the entire movement.
