  • Step 1

    Cable Forward Pull Downs - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Grab the short cable bar from its highest position using both hands with your palms facing away from you.

  • Step 2

    Cable Forward Pull Downs - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Keep your arms straight as you lower your arms from above your shoulders down to your quads.

  • Step 3

    Cable Forward Pull Downs - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Slowly return your arms back up and repeat for the desired number of reps.
