Cable Glute Extensions

Strengthen and tone your glutes using a cable machine.

  • Step 1

    Cable Glute Extensions - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Stand with a strap wrapped around your right ankle and attached to the weight machine cable.

  • Step 2

    Cable Glute Extensions - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Face the machine and stabilize your hands on the pole.

  • Step 3

    Cable Glute Extensions - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Kick your right leg back until your leg is completely extended behind you at a 45 degree angle. Bring it back to starting position and repeat.
