Cable Punches

Strengthen your chest with this exercise.

  • Step 1

    Cable Punches - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Adjust the cable to chest height, face away from the machine with the handle in your left hand and assume a staggered stance with your right foot forward.

  • Step 2

    Cable Punches - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Extend your left arm forward in a controlled モpunch,ヤ rotating your upper body to the right to power the movement.

  • Step 3

    Cable Punches - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Repeat for the desired number of reps and switch sides.
