  • Step 1

    Cable Wood Chop Low to High - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    With your left side facing the machine, grab the cable handle from its lowest height with both hands. Twist away from the machine until you are facing to your right.

  • Step 2

    Cable Wood Chop Low to High - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Rotate your hips and keep your arms straight as you bring the handles from waist-height on the left to above your shoulders on the right.

  • Step 3

    Cable Wood Chop Low to High - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Slowly return to starting position and repeat on each side.
