Dive-bomber Pushup

This challenging push up variation targets and strengthens the upper body.

  • Step 1

    Dive-bomber Pushup - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Starting on your hands and knees, reach your arms out and place your palms flat on the floor.

  • Step 2

    Dive-bomber Pushup - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Raise your hips straight up with your legs and arms fully extended.

  • Step 3

    Dive-bomber Pushup - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    As you come out and forward, reach your head up and back, keeping your knees off the floor. Reverse as if you are going back under the same fence and repeat.
