Fire Hydrant

Target and tone your inner and outer thighs, glutes and hips with this Pilates inspired move.

  • Step 1

    Fire Hydrant - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Begin in a kneeling position with your toes on the floor behind you, heels pointed toward the ceiling and your arms extended beneath your upper body for support.

  • Step 2

    Fire Hydrant - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Raise your right leg up and to the right, keeping your knee bent.

  • Step 3

    Fire Hydrant - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Bring your leg back down to starting position and repeat for the desired number of reps before switching legs.
