Flat Dumbbell Flyes

A classic workout that will strengthen your chest.

  • Step 1

    Flat Dumbbell Flyes - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Begin by lying on your back on a horizontal bench with your feet flat on the floor. Raise both dumbbells up and toward one another above your chest.

  • Step 2

    Flat Dumbbell Flyes - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Your arms should be fully extended at the top of the lift and your palms should be facing each other.

  • Step 3

    Flat Dumbbell Flyes - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Slowly return to starting position and repeat.
