Forward Rack Lunge

This kettlebell lunge challenges both your upper and lower body strength.

  • Step 1

    Forward Rack Lunge - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Lift one kettlebell to the rack position and stand up straight. Take one big step forward while keeping your rear leg stationary.

  • Step 2

    Forward Rack Lunge - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Keeping your torso straight, bend with your front knee until you feel your rear knee lightly touching the floor.

  • Step 3

    Forward Rack Lunge - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Push through your front heel to stand up and return to the starting position. Repeat and switch legs.
