Frog Crunches

Tough crunches that really work your abdominal muscles.

  • Step 1

    Frog Crunches - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Begin on your back with your knees bent and the sides of your feet together. Open your legs to create a モVヤ shape and lift your feet about a foot above the floor.

  • Step 2

    Frog Crunches - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Put your hands together and lift your upper torso as you thrust your arms through the opening in your legs, performing an ab crunch.

  • Step 3

    Frog Crunches - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Roll back to starting position and repeat.
