Groucho Walk

This dynamic squat builds lower body strength and agility.

  • Step 1

    Groucho Walk - Cardio Exercise - Step 1

    Stand with feet slightly wider than hip width apart. Lower into a squat, pushing your glutes back as if you were sitting down in a chair.

  • Step 2

    Groucho Walk - Cardio Exercise - Step 2

    Step one foot forward while maintaining the squat. Quickly follow by stepping the other foot forward.

  • Step 3

    Groucho Walk - Cardio Exercise - Step 3

    Repeat, propelling yourself forward and then backwards.
