A classic football training exercise that develops cardiovascular endurance.

  • Step 1

    High Knees - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Start running in place.

  • Step 2

    High Knees - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Keep your back straight while you alternate bringing each knee up as high as possible.

  • Step 3

    High Knees - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Swing your arms for balance and power. Spring off the balls of your feet as you land.
