  • Step 1

    Jump Rope - Cardio Exercise - Step 1

    Holding one end of the jump rope in each hand, slowly swing it from behind your body and over your head.

  • Step 2

    Jump Rope - Cardio Exercise - Step 2

    As the rope lands in front of you, hop lightly with feet together, allowing the rope to pass underneath your feet.

  • Step 3

    Jump Rope - Cardio Exercise - Step 3

    Swing the rope continuously and establish and even pace.
