Jump Squat

Build endurance and agility while strengthening your lower body and abs with this challenging cardio movement.

  • Step 1

    Jump Squat - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Begin standing with your feet shoulder-width apart. Jump up into the air keeping your entire body in a straight line.

  • Step 2

    Jump Squat - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Land on the balls of your feet and descend into a squat to cushion the landing.

  • Step 3

    Jump Squat - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Spring back up using your quads and calves and repeat for the desired number of reps.
