Jumping Jacks

Jumping Jacks are great way to burn calories using your entire body.

  • Step 1

    Jumping Jacks - Cardio Exercise - Step 1

    Begin with your feet together and arms at your sides.

  • Step 2

    Jumping Jacks - Cardio Exercise - Step 2

    In one jumping motion, spread your feet apart wide, landing softly with your knees slightly bent and your arms lifted straight overhead.

  • Step 3

    Jumping Jacks - Cardio Exercise - Step 3

    Jump up again and return to the position in which you began.
