  • Step 1

    Lat Pull Downs Version 1 - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Stand facing the pull down bar and grab the bar in an overhand grip with your hands a little wider than shoulder width apart.

  • Step 2

    Lat Pull Downs Version 1 - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Pull down on the bar, bending your arms at the elbows.

  • Step 3

    Lat Pull Downs Version 1 - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Pause on the downward pull, then return the bar back up with control and repeat.
