Lateral Bound with Step
This combination of strength and cardio work will get your legs burning.
Begin from a standing position with an elevated step on your right side. Place your right foot on the step and bend your elbows.
Swing your elbows up as you jump off the step and land with your right foot on the floor and your left foot on the step, keeping your knees bent.
Bring your arms down and reverse directions, continuing to shuffle from side to side.
