  • Step 1

    Lateral Bound with Step - Cardio Exercise - Step 1

    Begin from a standing position with an elevated step on your right side. Place your right foot on the step and bend your elbows.

  • Step 2

    Lateral Bound with Step - Cardio Exercise - Step 2

    Swing your elbows up as you jump off the step and land with your right foot on the floor and your left foot on the step, keeping your knees bent.

  • Step 3

    Bring your arms down and reverse directions, continuing to shuffle from side to side.
