Lateral Hop

Burn calories while improving agility and make sure to land softly as you hop!

  • Step 1

    Lateral Hop - Cardio Exercise - Step 1

    Begin with feet together and arms out in front of you for balance. Lean your body weight into your toes, and jump up and to the side, lifting your knees.

  • Step 2

    Lateral Hop - Cardio Exercise - Step 2

    Keep your feet and knees close together as you jump up and imagine you are hopping over a small box.

  • Step 3

    Lateral Hop - Cardio Exercise - Step 3

    Land this jump softly on the other side of the imaginary box and reverse direction.
