  • Step 1

    Leg Over Chair and Squat - Gentle Exercise - Step 1

    Stand behind the chair with your feet slightly turned out and your hands on your hips. Lower your body into a squat position, bringing your thighs parallel to the floor.

  • Step 2

    Leg Over Chair and Squat - Gentle Exercise - Step 2

    Rise to a standing position and at the top of the movement sweep your right leg across the front of your body, swinging it up and over the chair and then returning to a balanced standing position.

  • Step 3
