Leg Over Chair and Squat
Get your heart pumping while you tone your lower body with this challenging, fun move.
Stand behind the chair with your feet slightly turned out and your hands on your hips. Lower your body into a squat position, bringing your thighs parallel to the floor.
Rise to a standing position and at the top of the movement sweep your right leg across the front of your body, swinging it up and over the chair and then returning to a balanced standing position.
