Leg Press Kickbacks

Use your leg press in a new way to create a strong, toned lower body.

  • Step 1

    Leg Press Kickbacks - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Lean over the back of the seat with your left foot on the floor and your right leg positioned on the press.

  • Step 2

    Leg Press Kickbacks - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Push back against the press to extend your leg, keeping your torso and left leg stable.

  • Step 3

    Leg Press Kickbacks - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Bend your leg and return to starting position, bringing the press back with control. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
