  • Step 1

    Modified Chair Dip - Gentle Exercise - Step 1

    Sit on the edge of the chair with your hands holding the armrests and your elbows bent.

  • Step 2

    Modified Chair Dip - Gentle Exercise - Step 2

    While keeping your feet on the floor, press your body off the seat, straightening your arms.

  • Step 3

    Modified Chair Dip - Gentle Exercise - Step 3

    Bend your elbows, bringing your body back to an almost-seated position and repeat. Keep your eyes focused forward and your head level.
