Begin in a kneeling position with your hands on the floor in front of you and your feet resting in the straps behind you.
Lift your knees off the floor and bend them one at a time, bringing your heels toward your glutes.
Continue to alternate from leg to leg. Repeat for the desired number of reps and return to starting position.
