    Begin in a kneeling position with your hands on the floor in front of you and your feet resting in the straps behind you.

  • Step 2

    Mountain Climbers with Suspension Trainer - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Lift your knees off the floor and bend them one at a time, bringing your heels toward your glutes.

  • Step 3
