Pelvic Tilt

Gently release tension in your lower body with this small movement.

  • Step 1

    Pelvic Tilt - Flexibility Exercise - Step 1

    Begin in a standing position with your knees slightly bent and your hands on your hips.

  • Step 2

    Pelvic Tilt - Flexibility Exercise - Step 2

    Lean back slightly so that your upper legs are gently angled. Draw your stomach in toward your spine and tilt your pelvis upward.

  • Step 3

    Pelvic Tilt - Flexibility Exercise - Step 3

    Hold the position briefly, then return to starting position and repeat.
