Plyo 3 -Step Jump
This powerful cardio interval challenges your balance, endurance and agility!
Place three Plyo boxes in ascending order of height in front of you, spaced approximately two feet apart.
Bend your knees and jump onto the first Plyo box, swinging your arms up to assist you.
Jump off the box into the space between the first and second and continue until you have jumped on and off each box. Return to the starting position and repeat.
