Plyo 3 -Step Jump

This powerful cardio interval challenges your balance, endurance and agility!

  • Step 1

    Plyo 3 -Step Jump - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Place three Plyo boxes in ascending order of height in front of you, spaced approximately two feet apart.

  • Step 2

    Plyo 3 -Step Jump - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Bend your knees and jump onto the first Plyo box, swinging your arms up to assist you.

  • Step 3

    Plyo 3 -Step Jump - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Jump off the box into the space between the first and second and continue until you have jumped on and off each box. Return to the starting position and repeat.
