Power Squats

This essential exercise shapes and strengthens your entire lower body including your glutes, legs and core.

  • Step 1

    Power Squats - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulders width apart.

  • Step 2

    Power Squats - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Lower yourself into a deep squatting position, moving your hips back and down as though sitting. Draw your arms up to your chest.

  • Step 3

    Power Squats - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Swing your arms down to provide power as you quickly push up into starting position. Repeat.
