Renegade Row

Core strengthener that works the back, biceps, lats, and chest.

  • Step 1

    Renegade Row - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Place two kettlebells in front of you, and position your feet in a wide stance.

  • Step 2

    Renegade Row - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Begin in a pushup position with one hand on each kettlebell handle and your arms fully extended.

  • Step 3

    Renegade Row - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Push on the handle toward the floor with one hand while lifting the kettlebell with the other hand to perform a row. Return the kettlebell to the floor and alternate hands.
