Shape and tone your backside and side body with this challenging balance pose.

  • Step 1

    Same Arm Same Leg Open Up - Pilates Exercise - Step 1

    Kneel on the floor with your back straight and your arms extended shoulder width apart to support your torso.

  • Step 2

    Same Arm Same Leg Open Up - Pilates Exercise - Step 2

    Extend and raise your right leg and your right arm at the same time to form a straight line.

  • Step 3

    Same Arm Same Leg Open Up - Pilates Exercise - Step 3

    Gradually rotate your torso to the right so that your right hand points toward the ceiling. Hold this pose for a deep breath, return to starting position and switch sides.
