Tone your chest, upper back and shoulders with only a resistance band!

  • Step 1

    Seated Chest Expansion with Band - Pilates Exercise - Step 1

    Sit with your legs extended in front of you and your feet together, pointing toward the ceiling.

  • Step 2

    Seated Chest Expansion with Band - Pilates Exercise - Step 2

    Position the middle of the band around your feet and hold both handles. Stretch the band behind you keeping your arms extended.

  • Step 3

    Seated Chest Expansion with Band - Pilates Exercise - Step 3

    Pull your ribs in, pause, then release the band slowly back toward your feet.
