Seated Toe Touch

Release your lower back while you stretch your legs - an essential stretch to ensure proper form while performing strength routines.

  • Step 1

    Seated Toe Touch - Flexibility Exercise - Step 1

    Sit upright on the floor with your feet next to each other and your toes pointing up.

  • Step 2

    Seated Toe Touch - Flexibility Exercise - Step 2

    Exhale and slowly bend at your waist while reaching for your toes.

  • Step 3

    Seated Toe Touch - Flexibility Exercise - Step 3

    Keep your head down and your legs fully extended throughout the movement. Hold and repeat for the desired number of reps.
