  • Step 1

    Self Resisted Side to Side Resisted Neck Extensions - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart.

  • Step 2

    Self Resisted Side to Side Resisted Neck Extensions - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Place your right hand on top of your head and pull your head to the right, resisting your head's movement with your hand.

  • Step 3

    Self Resisted Side to Side Resisted Neck Extensions - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Return to center and repeat.
