Side Plank On Hand
Help eliminate love handles while you strengthen and shape the entire side body including the lats, obliques and outer thighs.
Start in a standard pushup position. Twist your body to one side like you are looking directly at a wall.
Your feet should be stacked one on top of the other. Support yourself with one arm extended straight down below your shoulder.
Hold your body in a straight line. Repeat on the opposite side.
