  • Step 1

    Side Plank On Hand - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Start in a standard pushup position. Twist your body to one side like you are looking directly at a wall.

  • Step 2

    Side Plank On Hand - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Your feet should be stacked one on top of the other. Support yourself with one arm extended straight down below your shoulder.

  • Step 3

    Side Plank On Hand - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Hold your body in a straight line. Repeat on the opposite side.
