Skipping comes so naturally to playing children, and it's a great fat burner for adults too!

  • Step 1

    Skip - Cardio Exercise - Step 1

    Begin balanced on one foot and with your other leg raised towards your chest with knee bent.

  • Step 2

    Skip - Cardio Exercise - Step 2

    Swing your arms in a running motion as you jump up and forward, pushing from your supporting leg and toes and lifting your raised knee even higher.

  • Step 3

    Skip - Cardio Exercise - Step 3

    Land on your supporting leg and shift your weight to your other leg, performing the same movement from the other side. Alternate continuously.
