Squat Thrust

Burn calories while you strengthen your lower body.

  • Step 1

    Squat Thrust - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Start in a standing position. Drop down into a squat stance with your hands close to the floor.

  • Step 2

    Squat Thrust - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Jump back into a pushup position and then lower just your hips to the floor, keeping your arms straight.

  • Step 3

    Squat Thrust - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Raise your hips back up and jump your feet back to a squat. Rise to standing position and repeat.
