Squat Thrusts

This exercise is will help you develop strength and agility using gravity and your own body weight!

  • Step 1

    Squat Thrusts - Cardio Exercise - Step 1

    Stand with your legs shoulder width apart and arms at your sides. Drop your hips into a deep squat and jump.

  • Step 2

    Squat Thrusts - Cardio Exercise - Step 2

    Softly land the squat jump with bent knees and immediately place your hands on the floor, thrusting your legs out behind you with arms fully extended in push up position.

  • Step 3

    Squat Thrusts - Cardio Exercise - Step 3

    Pull your feet back in beneath your torso, return to starting position and repeat the sequence.
