Standing Bent Knee Calf Stretch
A calf and tibia stretch that is easy to do!
Begin in a split stance and slightly bend the knee of your front leg. Lower the knee of your back leg towards floor and lift your heel up while firmly pushing your toes into the floor, stretching your calf muscle.
Move your hips down and forward while keeping your upper body upright.
Place your hands on your front thigh for support and stability. Repeat on the other side.
