Steering Wheel

Strengthens the arm and shoulder muscles.

  • Step 1

    Steering Wheel - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Stand with your knees slightly bent and your feet shoulder width apart. Hold the weight out in front of you at shoulder height with your elbows slightly bent and your palms facing in.

  • Step 2

    Steering Wheel - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Twist the weight from side to side, keeping your arms straight and your torso upright.

  • Step 3

    Steering Wheel - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Do not arch your lower back. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
