Step Up and Over

A strength workout that will also work some cardio in.

  • Step 1

    Step Up and Over - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Stand on top of a bench with your feet together. Lift your right foot and move it behind your left foot as you lower it to the floor on the left side of the bench.

  • Step 2

    Step Up and Over - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Touch your toe to the floor and push up, moving your right leg over the bench and down to the right side.

  • Step 3

    Step Up and Over - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Continue to move your leg back and forth for the desired number of reps.
