Step-Ups

An easy to do exercise that strengthens the legs muscles.

  • Step 1

    Step-Ups - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Stand behind a bench with your hands on your hips.

  • Step 2

    Step-Ups - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Place your right foot on the bench and step up onto it, keeping your left foot hanging free.

  • Step 3

    Step-Ups - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Step back down onto your left foot and alternate from side to side for the desired number of reps.
