Banish love handles with this challenging oblique exercise that uses the weight of your legs to create resistance.

  • Step 1

    Supine Twist Spine - Pilates Exercise - Step 1

    Begin on your back with your knees bent and your feet raised in Table Top. Extend your arms out wide with your palms facing down.

  • Step 2

    Supine Twist Spine - Pilates Exercise - Step 2

    Slowly lower your legs to the right side of your body, keeping your knees together.

  • Step 3

    Supine Twist Spine - Pilates Exercise - Step 3

    When your legs are half way to the floor, return to center and perform the same movement to the left side.
