T Push Up

This challenging push up variation requires balance, coordination and core strength.

  • Step 1

    T Push Up - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Start in pushup position, with your arms straight and a dumbbell in each hand.

  • Step 2

    T Push Up - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    As you push your body up rotate slightly and bring one arm up behind you so that your hands are in a vertical line.

  • Step 3

    T Push Up - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Return to starting position and repeat on the other side.
