Teaser Prep with Band

This intermediate Pilates move flattens your abs while building the strength and flexibility necessary for the full teaser.

  • Step 1

    Teaser Prep with Band - Pilates Exercise - Step 1

    Sit with your legs bent hip width apart in front of you. Position the middle of the band around one foot and raise this leg with your knee bent at 90 degrees.

  • Step 2

    Teaser Prep with Band - Pilates Exercise - Step 2

    Stretch the band out at your sides with each arm and roll backward until your upper back makes contact with the floor, keeping your arms extended in front of you.

  • Step 3

    Teaser Prep with Band - Pilates Exercise - Step 3

    Roll back up and repeat.
