Toe Touch

Glute and hamstring exercise that works balance very well

  • Step 1

    Toe Touch - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    From a standing position, extend one leg back as you bend down toward the floor. Keep both legs straight, one on the floor, and one raised up to a ninety degree angle.

  • Step 2

    Toe Touch - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Reach down with the hand on the same side as your extended leg, and stretch to touch your toe.

  • Step 3

    Toe Touch - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Squeeze your glutes as you return to standing. Alternate from side to side.
