Up Downs

This exercise will have your heart rate up in no time. An intense, cardio building movement.

  • Step 1

    Up Downs - Cardio Exercise - Step 1

    Lift your feet up one at a time as if running in place on hot floor.

  • Step 2

    Up Downs - Cardio Exercise - Step 2

    After several seconds of running, drop to the floor and perform a standard push up.

  • Step 3

    Up Downs - Cardio Exercise - Step 3

    As you complete the push up, return to your standing position and repeat the sequence.
